2011's You Are the Apple of My Eye, directed by Giddens Ko, who also wrote the book the film is based on; is a touching Taiwanese romance which made me long for the days of the past. Very few movies can move me to tears, but this movie did just that. Even if you didn't find love till later in life or if you're still looking for that special someone, you should be able to relate to this movie in more ways than one.
